Format: Currently we meet Wednesdays 6pm CT. The meetings are recorded. We also have in-person meetings a minimum of 3-4x a year.

BONUS: Mentees are invited to exclusive in-person gatherings. These gatherings will be offered 100% free to mentees - the only thing you will have to pay for is your share of lodgings, food, and car rentals. In the past, we have had market tours of specific STR markets as well as tours of hotels and STR multifamilies we have acquired.
