Hi there! I’m Diya Liu, and I help both real estate investing newbies as well as seasoned investors alike maximize their rental cashflow with vacation rentals.
I came to the United States when I was 8 years old. Our family of 3 lived on my mom’s measly $1,000/month graduate student stipend.
My journey to investing was not a straight path. I was raised to believe that the equation to success equaled getting straight A’s, go to a good college & grad school then get a good W2 job.
I did just that, and I wasn’t happy.
I started investing in vacation rentals and got my first booking within 15 minutes of hitting “publish”.
I had over 90% occupancy for my first month on Airbnb.
Since then I quickly purchased more vacation rentals and achieved both financial and location independence, giving me the freedom to travel the world.

On June 26, 2020, I made $2,840.36 while hiking in Vail, Colorado.
On August 20, 2020, I made $2,749.39 while on a 3 weeks road trip hitting the national parks in CO/AZ/UT.
